Grandparents of the couple are Edward and Patricia Vavra, Flint, Mich., Charles and Margaret Lamoreaux, Davison, Wendelin Schoendaller, Hays, the late Doris (Kippes) Schoendaller, the late George Kippes, Bernice Hammerschmidt, Hays, and the late Richard Hammerschmidt.
The bride was escorted by her father.
Maid of honor was Kari Vavra, sister of the bride. Matron of honor was Heather Pepple, best friend of the bride. Attendant was Janelle Limon, sister of the groom.
Best man was John Kippes, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Brian Walters and Chris Campbell, best friends of the groom. Ushers were Andy Kieffer, brother-in-law of the groom, and Jon Markee, best friend of the bride.

The bride is a 2007 graduate of Ferris State University, Big Rapids, Mich. She is a pharmacist for Kaiser Permanente, Denver.
The bridegroom is a 2001 graduate of Thomas More Prep-Marian High School and a 2005 graduate of Fort Hays State University. He is a bank branch manager for U.S Bank, Highlands Ranch, Colo.
Following a wedding trip to Tahiti and the South Pacific, the newlyweds are at home in Parker, Colo.
