Anna (Huber) Prinz, 92, Hays, died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2014, at Good Samaritan Society Care Center, Hays.

She was born April 1, 1922, in Ismaning, Germany, to Korbinian and Anna (Lingl) Huber. She was raised and attended school in Germany, where she was a master watch maker.

She married Adolf G. Prinz on May 13, 1942 in Ismaning, Germany. He preceded her in death May 1, 2008.

She and her husband came to the United States in 1965 and lived in San Fernando, Calif. They owned and operated a jewelry, watch and clock repair store until they moved to Hays in 2004. She enjoyed the beach, traveling and camping.

Survivors include a son, Hans Werner Prinz and wife, Inge, Ismaning, Germany; a daughter, Ilona Patterson, Victoria; four grandchildren, Tatjana (Thomas) Hanaly, Sandra Prinz, Tracy (Kirk) Reed and Craig (Amber) Patterson; and eight great-grandchildren, Patrick Prinz, Ryan Dreiling, Florian Prinz, Garrett Reed, Toby Hanaly, Isabella Reed, Riley Patterson and Brody Patterson.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a son-in-law, Ted Patterson.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Pfeifer; burial in Holy Cross Cemetery, Pfeifer.

The family will receive friends from 9 to 10 a.m. Friday at the church.
