Amy Nicole Werth and David Matthew Evans were married May 25, 2013, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Omaha, Neb., with the Rev. John Pietramale officiating.

Parents of the couple are Jim and Susan Werth, Hays, and Doug and Jan Evans, Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Grandparents are Cliff and Helen Werth, and Loraine Hammeke, Hays, Dorene Evans, Omaha, and Roberta Raasch, Bridgewater, Iowa.

The bride was escorted by her parents.

Honor attendants were Erica Bittel and Kelsey Werth. Attendants were Jessica Torczon and Christi Evans.

Best man was Paulie Novotny. Groomsmen were John Jurgensen, Steve Thompson and Alex Ryan. Ushers were Aaron Wollberg, Brett Bittel and Tyler Sommers.

Flower girls were Eleanor and Frances Bittel. Ringbearer was Kaleb Sommers.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Thomas More Prep-Marian High School, a 2008 graduate of Creighton University with a bachelor of science degree in chemistry and a 2011 graduate of Creighton School of Medicine. She is an internal medicine resident at Creighton University Medical Center.

The groom is a 2003 graduate of Daniel J. Gross High School and a 2008 graduate of Midland University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is a senior compliance business analyst at PayPal, Omaha.

Following an Alaskan cruise, the couple is at home in Omaha.
