Cirque du Soleil, a Quebec based company, is known all around the world for high-quality artistic entertainment. Beginning in 1984 with a mere 73 employees the business has grown to 4,000 worldwide with more than 1,300 artists. Cirque carries a diverse range of entertainers representing more than 50 nationalities who speak 25 different languages.

One of these hardworking performers, Ayla Ahmadova, Slippery Surface Artist, has been a part of the show for over four years and says that ever since she saw the first video of the show she knew she wanted to be a part of the magic.

"I am very happy to have the opportunity to work in this kind of business," said Ahmadova. "I am living the dream." Cirque tours a variety of cities all around the United States with seven to eight performances per week. Ahmadova keeps her eye on the prize and says that every city she travels to have something special to offer her and she enjoys returning the favor with entertainment.
