DEAR DR. ROACH: I'm pretty certain that I have Raynaud's disease.

DEAR DR. ROACH: With the resurgence of measles because of declining vaccination rates, should we be wary of the same happening with smallpox (which was also thought to have been eradicated)? And as an aside, is my ancient smallpox vaccination of 1952 still protecting me? What about my equally ancient (circa 1962) polio vaccine? -- C.C.ANSWER: At the time of this writing, the 2024-2025 measles outbreak is the largest in a few years and the first to include measles deaths in 10 years.

DEAR DR. ROACH: I'm a generally healthy 60-year-old man.

DEAR DR. ROACH: My question to you is about an affliction I have struggled with since childhood.

DEAR DR. ROACH: I am a 69-year-old female in excellent health, other than having been treated for breast cancer eight years ago.

Deputy City Manager Collin Bielser announced on Feb. 27, 2025, during his Progress Report to the City Commission, that the Kansas Highway Patrol (KHP) Hangar project is scheduled to be completed by the end of this month.
