County Clerk Bobbi Dreiling wants to remind everyone that Early Voting is currently in progress at the Administrative Center at 718 Main. Early voting will continue the week of July 29 through Monday August 5th at Noon. Saturday Early Voting will also be available on August 3rd from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. The last day to request an advance mail ballot is Tuesday, July 30th. Election day for the Primary Election is Tuesday, August 6th at your regular polling place. A federal judge granted an Overland Park nonprofit organization’s request for a temporary restraining order blocking the Kansas Governmental Ethics Commission from enforcing a campaign finance law until a trial on constitutionality of the state’s definition of a political action committee.
