Next week Ellis County will have, weather permitting, two asphalt milling and overlay projects expected to affect motorists on 48th Street (from Hall Street to Roth Avenue) and on 41st St (from the Hays city limits to Commerce Parkway) as well as on Commerce Parkway from 27th to 41st Streets. All project areas will be closed to thru traffic and delays are expected.
