A pair of Hays High and Thomas More Prep-Marian graduates have been chosen as the recipients of the 2022 Scott Mecham Student of Integrity Award Scholarship. Twelve students were selected throughout BBB’s service area within The Kansas Plains, Omaha/ Southwest Iowa, Lincoln/ Greater Nebraska and South Dakota.

Before his stroke, Lee Stroy, a father of five, considered himself to be a healthy person. “My gauge of being ‘healthy’ was my ability to wake up in the morning, get to work, take care of my family and live another day to do it again,” Stroy said.
