Ellis County Commissioners unanimously approved a contract with WoodRiver Energy to provide natural gas for the next two years at a price of $5.10 MMBtu or better. The new contract saves the County $.55 MMBTU than the existing price ($5.65) under the County’s contract with WoodRiver set to expire this Oct..
