USD489 FY26 Budget essentially flat (3/10th of a mill increase)
According to the proposed USD489 Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) Budget published this week, the District’s total mill levy will increase approximately 3/10th of a mill. USD489’s 2026 proposed tax rate to fund the District is 53.303, up .337 from 2025’s 52.190.
