DP Management "Victory Village" apartment complex moves forward, with City & County support

The Hays City and Ellis County Commissions are both expected to take steps this week in support of developer DP Management, LLC’s applications for Moderate Income Housing (MIH) grant funding and the Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) program to construct “Victory Village” a 136-unit one and two bedroom, apartment complex on property located at the southeast portion of Wheatland Avenue and East 22nd Street, east of Bright Minds Academy. The city will partner with DP Management to apply for a $650,000 MIH grant to be used in construction of 48 market rate housing units while the County will partner with the developer for the LIHTC program to be utilized in constructing the low-income units.
