Augusta- Ruth Elizabeth Draper, 92, passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2022 in Augusta, Kansas. Ruth was born on Friday, September 20, 1929 in McAlester, Oklahoma to Earl and Somonia (Sanches) Martin.

Eleanor Tangeman McMindes, 91, died Tuesday April 19, 2022 at The Cedars in McPherson, Kansas. Services will be held July 9, 2022 at 10:00AM at Messiah Lutheran Church, Hays, Kansas where Eleanor had been a faithful member since 1959.

Fritz K. Kramer, 93, Ellis, died June 29, 2022 at Hays, KS.

Glen Armbruster, age 82, of Hays, Kansas, died Monday, June 20, 2022, at the Good Samaritan Society Hays. He was born on February 12, 1940, in Trego County to John and Mary (Gassner) Armbruster.

LeRoy J “Roy” Steckline, age 91, of Ogallah, Kansas passed away Friday, June 24, 2022 at Trego Lemke Memorial Hospital in WaKeeney, Kansas. Roy graduated from Ellis High School. On April 25, 1955 he married Jacqueline (Ferland) in Damar, Kansas.

Pete Harley Pilatus of Hays, KS (Formerly of Denver, Colorado) passed away June 19th, 2022 on Father’s Day while in the comfort of his home from health complications at the age of 72. He leaves behind his only daughter, Gina Renee Van Decar and son-in-law, Erik Van Decar; his two precious grandsons Brandon Olivo (Greeley, CO) and Sebastyen Olivo (Greeley, CO); and a beautiful great granddaughter, Layla Olivo (Greeley, CO).

Agnes Mae Schrant, 90, longtime Hays resident, died Friday, June 17, 2022 at Brandon Woods at Alvamar in Lawrence. She was born January 5, 1932 in Victoria, the daughter of Frank C.
