Sunflower Electric Power Corporation is pleased to announce the promotions of Tom Harbaugh, Adam Fisher, and Andy Tewell to key leadership positions within the organization. These individuals bring extensive experience, expertise, and commitment to supplying reliable electricity to Sunflower’s member cooperatives in central and western Kansas.Tom Harbaugh was promoted to senior manager of transmission line operations, planning, and training.
