Frances Nicole Reynaud and Christopher Jay Peavey were married Aug. 2, 2008, at St. Pius X Parish, Billings Mont., with Father Nicholas Parker officiating.
Parents of the couple are Albert and Beatrice Reynaud, Billings, and Mike and Patti Peavey, Plainville.
The bride was escorted by her parents.
Honor attendant was Cynthia Reynaud, sister of the bride. Attendant was Corinne Cooley, friend of the bride.
Best man was Scott Peavey, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Gordon Schroeder, Scott Plank and Joshua Copper, all friends of the groom.
The bride is a graduate of Whitman College with a bachelor's degree in geology and a master's degree in geosciences from Fort Hays State University. She is pursuing a doctorate in geosciences/paleontology at Texas Tech University.
The bridegroom is a graduate of FHSU with a bachelor's degree in psychology. He is completing a master's degree in psychology from FHSU. He is employed at the Lubbock Regional Mental Health Center.
The newlyweds are at home in Lubbock, Texas.
