Dale Arpin born in Hays Ks on April 15 1952 to Alfred and Marcella Arpin passed  December 13 2022 in the comfort of his home , with family and friends by his side . He grew up in Damar Ks helping his Dad with farming and cattle . He graduated from Palco High in 1970, attended Colby College . In the late 70’s moved to Colorado and worked for Adams County as a Traffic Engineer for 32 yrs. There he met his wife Candy . They married In 1982 and last yr celebrated 40 yrs of marriage! Dale loved returning to Damar to visit and see the land to recapture fond memories!  He is survived by his wife Candy , daughter Sunshine , granddaughter Savannah (Pablo),grandson Cody (Cheyenne), sister Judy Bieker of Hays Ks , sister Renee (Tony) Marcotte Damar, Mother in Law Martina Gallegos , and overwhelming number of nieces and nephews!
