Della Lucille Lamb, 90, Oakley, died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017, at Hays Medical Center.

She was born Feb. 15, 1927, in Gove County to Ernest G. and Jennie (King) Walz.

She married Don Lamb on June 25, 1950, in Oakley. He preceded her in death. She was a beautician.

Survivors include a son, Richard “Dick” Lamb, Hays; a daughter, Diane Brown and husband, Bill; a sister, Boots Haxton, Scott City; five grandchildren; and a great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Ernie, Christian, Eddie and Floyd Walz; and two sisters, Ida Suter and Betty Gibson.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Kennedy-Koster Funeral Home, Oakley; private inurnment will be in Oakley Cemetery.

There will be no visitation.
