Lillian M. Weber, 87, Hays, died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019, at Locust Grove Village, La Crosse.
She was born June 20, 1931, in Pfeifer to George and Margaret (Meier) Degenhardt.
She married Edwin Weber on June 19, 1954, in La Crosse. He preceded her in death Aug. 31, 2018. Together, they shared 64 years of marriage. They made their home in Bison for over 40 years.
She enjoyed playing bingo, cards, fishing, gardening, making noodles and most importantly spending time with her family.
She was a member of St. Nicholas of Myra Catholic Church, Hays.
Survivors include two daughters, Sharon Younger and husband, Daniel and Nancy Urban and husband, Steve, all of Hays; a brother, Leroy Degenhardt and wife, Marilyn, Great Bend; a sister-in-law, Angel Degenhardt, Hoisington; four grandchildren, Jennifer Gilliam and husband, J.D., James Younger, Rebecca Urban and Adam Urban; and two step-great-grandchildren, Corbin and Ava Gilliam.
She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant daughter, Janice Weber; a brother, Don Degenhardt; and an infant brother, Harold Degenhardt.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Nicholas of Myra Catholic Church, Hays; burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Hays.
Visitation will be be from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday Brock’s-Keithley Funeral Chapel & Crematory, 2509 Vine, Hays, KS 67601 and from 9 a.m. until time of service Thursday at the church.
A combined rosary/vigil will be at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral chapel.
