Randy Lee Kitzman, 58, Ellis, died Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at the KU Medical Center in Kansas City.
He was born Feb. 20, 1961, in Denver to Marvin and Verta (Kornele) Kitzman.
He married Patricia Ann Reilly on Aug. 16, 1980, in Lakewood, Colo. He was a carpenter at Fort Hays State University.
He was a member of Celebration Community Church in Hays.
He enjoyed family time, fishing, camping, vacations and coaching all of the kids in various sports. He was active in Online AA Support Groups and was the president of the Classified Senate at FHSU.
Survivors include his wife, Ellis; a son, Joseph Kitzman and wife, Regan, Ellis; two daughters, Jamie Linden and husband, Sean, Collyer, and Erin Hobbs and husband, James, WaKeeney; a brother, Ron Kitzman, Lakewood; a sister, Linda Olson, Lakewood; and seven grandchildren, Reilly, John, Maggie and James Linden, Jensen and Sylus Hobbs and Michael Kitzman.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of life services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Celebration Community Church, Hays; private family inurnment will be at a later date.
