Beverly Ann Franklin, 62, Utica, died Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2019, at Grisell Memorial Hospital, Ransom.
She was born July 19, 1957 in Ransom to Wayne and Laura (Wyman) Turner.
She was a 1975 graduate of Ransom High School.
She married Bruce Franklin on Aug. 19, 2006, in Utica. He preceded her in death May 9, 2008. She was the assistant vice-president and operations officer at the First State Bank in Ransom where she had worked for 33 years.
She was a member of St. Aloysius Church and the Altar Society, both of Ransom. She enjoyed country music, concerts, rodeos, being at the lake, and hiking, enjoyed her family deeply and the times when her brothers and sisters got together. She was devoted to her daughters and would drive hundreds of miles to celebrate birthdays and other events with her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include her mother, Ransom; three daughters, Kim Kendall and husband, Joe, and Val Klitzke and husband, Bryce, all of Pratt, and Amy Engelbert and husband, Zane, Edmond, Okla.; two brothers, Gary Turner, Miltonvale, and Mike Turner and wife, Tessie, Dixon, Calif.; a sister, Vicki Schmidt and husband, Rich, Mulvane; and nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father; and an infant son.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Aloysius Church, Ransom; burial in Vansburgh Cemetery, Brownell.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Ness City.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Ransom Veterans of Foreign Wars in care of the funeral home.
