Garnett U. (White) Angel, 92, died Sunday, Nov. 17, 2019 at her home.

She was born June 28, 1927, in the Great Divide, Colo., area near the town of Craig to Charles J W White and Ula A (Bartlett) White. She was a 1945 graduate of Paradise High School. She married John S. Angel on May 19, 1945. He precede her in death. She was a tax accountant in her home and later in Natoma with Angel-Cook.

Survivors include a son, Gene Angel, Paradise; a daughter, Janette Ross, Olathe; a brother Dr. Vernon (Merilyn) White, DVM, Wichita; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a great-great grandson.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Paradise United Methodist Church.

Viewing will take place from 10 a.m. until time of service Friday at the church. A luncheon will take place at the church following the services.

Memorials are suggested to Paradise United Methodist Church in care of Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary, Russell.
