Robert "Bob" K. Kiser, 81, Salina, died Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2020, at his home.
He was born Dec. 14, 1938, in rural Cloud County. He was a 1956 graduate in Delphos, attended Kansas State University, then graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Emporia State University.
He married Nancy Joan Richards on April 13, 1968, in Scottsville. She preceded him in death Feb. 14, 2004.
He was a schoolteacher, coach, farmer, and retired from Exide Industries as a battery operator.
Survivors include a son, Terry and wife, Elizabeth, Powell, Wyo.; a daughter, Cristina Scheibler and husband, Donald, Hays; a sister, Phyllis Maxine Shivers, Coffeyville; six grandchildren, Chase (Lexi) Scheibler, Augusta, Ky (Ashley) Scheibler, Dylan Scheibler, all of Hays, and Hunter, Hannah, and Noah Kiser, all of Powell; and four great-grandchildren, Emma, Kaycee, Charli, and Remington.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Grant Edward; a brother-in-law, Raymond Shivers; his nephew, Doug Kiser; and two nieces, Brenda Shivers and Lorri Scheibler.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church, Delphos; inurnment in Delphos Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis.
