Frank R. Smith, 92, Stockton, died Monday, March 30, 2020, at Hays Medical Center.
He was a U.S. Marines veteran.
Services will be at later date due to COVID-19. Military rites will be conducted by U.S. Marines Corps and the Stockton Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 8873.
