Charles Benjamin “Ben” Taylor, 86, Hoxie, died Tuesday, June 9, 2020, at his home.
He was born April 1, 1934, in rural Sheridan County to Charles Earl and Eunice (Haynes) Taylor.
He married Joan (Farber) Taylor on July 27, 1963, in Hoxie. He was farmer/rancher (owner and operator).
He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; two daughters, Tamera Coyne, St. Louis, Mo., and Cyndie Aumiller, Hoxie; a sister, Mary Mosier, Claremore, Okla.; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, Michael D. Borella.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church, Hoxie; burial in Hoxie City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sunday with family receiving friends from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at Mickey-Leopold Funeral Home, Hoxie.
Memorials are suggested to Hoxie High School-Concession Stand Building Project in care of the funeral home.
