Rosemary Werth, 87, Quinter, died Friday, June 12, 2020, at Gove County Medical Center, Quinter.


She was born March 1, 1933, in southern Gove County to Paul and Amelia (Gross) Rohr. She was a 1951 graduate of Grinnell High School.


She married George Werth on June 4, 1951, in Grinnell. He preceded her in death July 3, 2000. She was a homemaker and farmwife.


Survivors include two sons, Gary Werth, Quinter, and Tim Werth, Overland Park; three daughters, Sharon Roberts, Manhattan, Lunette Werth, Fort Collins, Colo., and Debra Bisnette, Manhattan; a brother, Gerald Rohr, Oakley; two sisters, Darlene Rohr, Oakley and Carolyn Zerr, Quinter; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.


Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Michael Catholic Church, Collyer; burial in the church cemetery.


Visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at Schmitt Funeral Home, Quinter.


A vigil will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.


Memorials are suggested to St. Michael Parish or Masses, in care of the funeral home.
