Carol Haberman, 66, Hays, died Monday, Sept. 21, 2020, at her home.
She was born Jan. 19, 1954, in Lake Charles, La., to Robert Gene and Vada Marie (Erickson) McDonald. She grew up in Logan and graduated in 1972.
She married Douglas Scott Haberman on Aug. 28, 1990, in Hays and celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary.
She enjoyed camping, traveling, and was an avid reader. She enjoyed spending time with family and dozens of friends.
She was a dedicated supporter of the United Way and CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) for children.
Survivors include her husband, Hays; two brothers, Linn McDonald and wife, Pam and Jim McDonald, all of Logan; a sister, Mary Dole and husband, Ron, Hill City; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister-in- law, Crystal McDonald; a niece; and a nephew.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at First Christian Church, Logan.
Memorial visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Logan Funeral Home.
