Robert “Bob” Allan Frick, 70, Moline, died Friday, May 15, 2020, at Sedan City Hospital.
He was born Aug. 24, 1949, in McCook, Neb., to Arthur and Henrietta (Wickie) Frick. He was a 1967 graduate of Atwood High School and received his Journeyman’s license in electricity from the NWK Area Vocational-Technical School. In 1978, he married Judy Kyle. In 1994, he met Sandi Pond, and they spent the next 26 years together. They lived in Rose Hill and later moved to Moline shortly before retiring from the aircraft industry.
Survivors include his companion, Sandi Pond; four stepdaughters, Teri Williams and Amanda Bonham, both of Wichita, Lisa Walker, Texas and April Clark, Augusta; a brother, Jim Frick, Irvine, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
He was cremated, since his family, relatives and friends are spread around the state and the Coronavirus has changed the way we travel, no specific place or time was set to honor him.
