Windell Grant Clark, 65, Colorado Springs, Colo., died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2021, at his home.
He was born Jan. 27, 1956, in Hill City to Loyal and Mary (Carter) Clark. He attended Hoxie High School and after enlisting in the Army in 1975, he graduated from Frankfurt American High School, Frankfurt Germany in 1976. He was honorably discharged from the Army in 1978.
He resided for many years in WaKeeney, where he was known for his crafty skills and his garage hospitality.
Survivors include his children, Adam (Kodi) Clark, Loveland, Colo., and Michael (Lyn) Clark, Colorado Spring and Nicole (Billie) Clark, Florence, Colo.; a brother, Steve (Cathy) Clark; three sisters, Sharon (Ken) Swindler, Christine Clark and Cheri Ann Clark; his grandchildren, Hayley and Sawyer Clark, Loveland, Shania (Esteban) Soto, Las Vegas, Joey, Dylan, and Lia Clark, Colorado Springs; and a great-grandchild, Eva Marie Soto, Las Vegas; and many more nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Jim Clark.
Service will be at 10 a.m. March 26, 2021, in Veterans’ Cemetery, WaKeeney.
