David Earl Bray, 77, Natoma, died Friday, Feb. 26, 2021, of Covid complications at Hays Medical Center.
He was born May 4, 1943, in Kanopolis to William and Kathryn (Canaday) Bray.
He married Marlene J. Pooley Aug. 12, 1966, in Alva, Okla. He worked in the oilfield most of his life working as a roustabout, pulling unit operator and pumper. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; a son, Neal; two daughters, Teresa Bray and Carmen George, both of Natoma; two sisters, Barbara Ahlquist, Salina and Bonnie Robison, Sylvan Grove; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Cremation has been selected by the family. An informal graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. April 3, 2021, in Natoma Cemetery.
Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary, Russell, is in charge of arrangements.
