The Thomas More Prep-Marian girls golf team won the Larned Invitational on Thursday, placing four golfers in the top 10.

Jenna Romme led the Monarchs with a 95 to take second. Haleigh Spray (98) placed sixth, Allison Applequist (101) took seventh and Abby Heimerman (110) earned 10th.

The Monarchs compiled a team score of 404, finishing 24 strokes better than second-place Cimarron.

Plainville's Corbyn Marquess was the individual champion with an 88.

MyKayla Romme carded a 118 for TMP, while Emma Dinkel had a 129.

Jenna Romme, MyKayla Romme, Applequist and Dinkel all recorded personal bests. Spray eagled No. 3 by holing out from 113 yards with a pitching wedge.

The Monarchs will play in the Colby Invitational on Monday.
