The Hays High volleyball team won a pair of matches in a triangular on Thursday at Larned.

The Indians beat Larned, 25-16, 25-12, and La Crosse, 25-14, 25-16.

Against Larned, Tasiah Nunnery had seven kills while Kaitlin Suppes and Kyah Summers dished out seven assists each and Brooklyn Schaffer recorded nine digs.

Summers had 11 assists against La Crosse while Brooke Denning added five. Nunnery and Sierra Bryant tallied six kills apiece and Schaffer finished with six digs.

The Indians moved to 18-10 on the season. They will travel to Garden City for the Western Athletic Conference tournament on Oct. 19.
