PITTSBURG, Kan. — The Fort Hays State women's track and field team opened the indoor season Saturday (Dec. 7) at the Crimson and Gold Invitational, hosted by Pittsburg State University. One Tiger etched her name into the NCAA Division II provisional qualifier list on the day.

Rohey Singhateh cleared a provisional distance of 18-7.25 in the long jump, placing third in the event.

Summer Kragel cleared the 5-5 bar in the high jump to finish fifth. The mark is less than an inch off the provisional threshold.

Kayla Smith finished sixth in the triple jump, clearing a distance of 37-11.5, less than one foot off the provisional mark.

Lyric Holman earned an eighth-place finish in the 300m dash with a time of 41.55.

Faith Little ran the 800m run in 2:25.15, placing ninth in the event.
